Can't tell the difference

I can't really put it into any specific thing but I just know I feel better . A little more energy , a little more alert but mostly my bowel movements are much much better . I have less gas flatulence as well .I think that's why I'm feeling better overall .It's only been 2 weeks so I need more time to give a final opinion but so far the stuff doesn't seem like just a placebo effect , especially the improvements in digestion and waste removal with no other changes in diet, exercise, or supplements .

I love this artichoke supplement! My personal trainer recommended it, and it has helped me so much — I go to the bathroom regularly every day and feel way less bloated. I’ve been taking it for months now, and it’s definitely a great plus to help me look slimmer!

This supplement can be very helpful when taking opiates for pain. It is a natural product that does not have a major laxitive effect for me personally when I only take 1-2 capsules at night before sleep. No doubt will effect people differently so try one first. There may be tablets out there (not sure) if people want to test less. And I suppose there are different milligram dose capsules. I had to take this supplement long term until I just upped my daily raw veggies and now I don't need these.

Update Aug 10, 2023 lab results : Total Chol=179, Trig=114, HDL=3.6, & LDL=106. I'm taking 1 Bergamot cap twice a day, Cholestoff 2 caps twice before lunch and dinner, and one Artichoke cap a day. My doctor is impressed. I refused to take a statin fearing the side effects.Hello all. Here is my cholesterol story. Starting Dec 6, 2021 my cholesterol number as follows: Total Chol=233, Trig=83, HDL=47 CHOL/HDL Ratio=5 and LDL=169These numbers were not good, a wake-up call. I did not want to go on statins due to the side effects caused by CoQ10 blocking effects of statins. So my doctor suggested taking "CholestOff Plus". I still take CholestOff with meals that are high in cholesterol. I got my blood work done again on May 4, 2022 and my numbers went down as follows: Total Chol=214, Trig=94, HDL=51, Chol/HDL Ratio=4.2, LDL=144. This is better but still not great. So I did some research and found that Artichoke Leaf Extract and Bergamot Extract both can lower cholesterol. Shortly after my May 4 lab test, I started taking two Nature's Way Artichoke Leaf Extract pills in the evening. Then about a month ago I started taking Jarrow Formulas Citrus Bergamot 500 mg twice a day. Here are my latest numbers from Aug 4, Total Chol=185, Trig=88, HDL=50, CHOL/HDL=3.7, and LDL=117. Also, I did change my diet some by cutting out egg yolks and eating more plant-based meat and cheese. So with the combination of CholestOff, Artichoke Leaf Extract, and Bergamot extract, my numbers have improved a lot: Total Chol dropped 48 points, Trig dropped 6 points, HDL raised 3 points, Chol/HDL drop 1.3 percent and LDL dropped 52 points. I am going to continue with all three products because they are working.Update: another surprising discovery is my gut is working much better. Use to get brain fog if I got hungry. Now my stomach even growls which never did much before. Also, not sure if it is related but was getting really horrible stomach cramps for hours. The last one was 10 hours straight! I have not had an episode since taking the Bergamot and the Artichoke Leaf Extract. It's been months now. I am so happy now!Update: Nov 11, 2022 Total Cholesterol = 142, Triglycerides = 106, HDL = 38, Chol/HDL ratio = 4.3, LDL = 87.8Update: Jan 3, 2023 About two months ago, I had a bad case of gas that lasted for a few days. So, I reduce my Artichoke Leaf Extract from two pills a day to one pill a day. I have not had as much gas now and my stomach doesn't growl as much. I am not 100% sure if the Artichoke Leaf Extract caused the gas episode but wanted to let others know just in case. As I understand, one of the side effects of Artichoke Leaf Extract can be gas. Also, I'm taking the Beano supplement when I eat something that may give me gas.
