Great USB C to Displayport adapter, works with Dell thunderbolt doc and a Macbook pro to allow two monitors to be connected via the one dock (it does require an M3 Pro or better processor)

if your looking for something that plugs into your mac and monitor adapter this is the one it took a long time of searching but i finally found one that works

Thunderbolt 3 compatible for 4k display in addition to other thunderbolt 3 docking station
I have two Thunderbolt 3 ports on my laptop. One I already use for a docking station that has a 1440p monitor attached. I have another 4k monitor I wanted to connect but the bandwidth exceeded what Thunderbolt 3 could handle through the dock, so it forces both monitors to 1080p. This adapter works on my second Thunderbolt 3 port to allow my second 4k monitor to function and high resolution. Now both monitors are serving at their highest resolution @ 60 Hz which is perfect for the office.

Great purchase!
I bought these for lighting under my kitchen cabinets. I use the motion detection program - lots of light when you need it! Easy to charge and to hang. Will definitely buy additional sets for my laundry room and beneath hanging medicine cabinets.

Product did what I needed it to do. I have an MST hub that I use for 3 monitors via display port. The DP v1.4 hub needed to connect to my laptop via USB-C cable and the port was AMD/Intel display port what is called alt-mode. I was hoping all relevant data would pass through the ports for multistream display standards to work. On paper this seemed possible and it works as expected. My hub was self-powered but with the conversion I had to use another usb-c port to power the hub before it would work. I wasn't expecting to do that but thats what the power port was there for and it makes sense in term of the DP to USB-C conversion. The connections went mini-dp -> dp -> usb-c. This is my version of lego :)
