Bad quality and not good as described!It’s not free return as mentioned! I have to pay for shipping for the return while mentioning clearly it’s free return!

Was really excited about this product for my boy who is obsessed with flags and countries.A beautiful globe in terms of quality and features. However , the globe received was all in Chinese ( not the English language as shown in the picture above.I’ve asked for a refund - hopefully I should get it back. But how do I ensure about getting an English version as described in the product / picture ?
