Good investment
Bought it to put new neck cups and bearings in a softail I was restoring, worked perfectly

Works great for the steering neck race cup on a '93 Harley
Worked great for seating neck race cups on the steering stem for a 1993 Harley Dyna. The races weren't seating straight at first, so I threw them in the freezer overnight. When I was ready to install the race, I heated up the neck on the bike with a heat gun until the metal was around 250°, set the race on the edge, and then used this tool to pull the races and fully seat. Worked like a champ. The tool is built well and plenty strong.

Does t work on all
Didn’t get to use but overall it looks like quality parts. While it might fit Harley neck bearing races, it doesn’t fit the 14-up touring (14 FLHX in my case). Drivers are too small.,

Going to like them.
Can install them both at the same time and take your time with them and get them right.

Worked as said.
Worked fine. Always use set tool, you'll regret if you don't.

Does not fit race properly
Do not buy. The race drivers do not fit into the race so that the driver lip seats on the face of the race. Because it does not fit all the way in and seat on the face, the race does not sit evenly and tilts on the driver. Yes this was for the proper size race, the difference is minimal but significant enough to cause the race to be driven crooked every time. This tool is trash.

Good quality

It was very difficult to square up the outer race to press in took several attempts when it was almost in the bolt snapped and shot out the top of the neck

The angle was off several degrees for the bearing cups for my Harley

Sort of worked on the Harley, no real support or guide to keep them going in straight & constantly tried twisting, ended up grinding diameter of original races down and welding a shaft to them to drive the new ones in straight. I'd recommend something else, total waste of money.
