The product arrived on time but without the microfiber cloth even tough it was mentioned in the product description that it was included.

Was supposed to include 4 towels and I only received the cleaner.

I have used a lot of different chemical sprays to waterless wash my car in the past few years. This Ethos D3fy spray has proven to create the best possible shine on my cars. It's so easy to apply. Just spray, wipe and buff. It's fast and easy to use and creates a very water beading surface shine that attracts good attention. The key in using this is to apply this to a preferably well rinsed car that is mostly dry already. Spray on a fine mist and then wipe with a good lint free micro fiber cloth. Then use a very fine but thicker microfiber cloth to clean off the excess residue and buff to a nice shine. This D3fy has proven to last the longest in keeping the protective shine up for a good week even parked outside before it should be rinsed again. I probably don't even have to re-apply until two or three more weeks later. I am very impressed with this formula as it does better than some real expensive waterless car wash products out there. It's a great value for the money. I'm so convinced that I bought the gallon sized refill to make it last a long long time.

The description shows that this should come with 4 microfibre cloths, but the photo shows what was delivered. There is no options to return either. Haven’t tried the product so this review is purely on the delivery

I purchased this car finish spray coating based on what I've heard and read about other graphene coatings. I applied it as directed using a microfiber cloth/pad, after running the car through a basic car wash. It was so easy; spray on, wipe easily, I finished doing my entire 2015 Honda Accord, including glass and plastic, in less than 20 minutes! MAnd I'm a creaky 77 years old! The finish looks and feels so shiny, smooth and slick it's amazing. It's been only a month, but so far it repels water from all surfaces like the proverbial ducks back! I hope it lasts through a New England (CT) winter! I only used less than a quarter of the bottle, so I'll have plenty for next spring and fall+, if I'm still kicking! So much easier and better than traditional automotive waxes! And the Amazon price is about half of similar products advertised online. A definite BUY! 😀 Rick B
