This is something I have been wanting but didn't know existed!Of course I know that magnetic snaps existed, but not small ones like these! These are about half the size of the normal ones you can find just about anywhere. And they are just as strong :D Not to mention the price is amazing for 20 of them!!!I love using magnetic snaps. I have been making my own bags on and off for the past ten years. I'm not an expert by any means but finding these has given me the inspiration to start sewing again. They are so simple and they look great! But, I always had an issue with the larger ones being too heavy and bulky for small pockets or flaps. Finding these small ones has me very excited to design and sew more bags and see what I will come up with next :DQuick note: Having used magnetic snaps on several bags, I have found that when securing the snaps to the fabric, they perform best when the prongs are bent outward and not inward. The only two reasons, really, are because they lay flatter and the snap always stays flush with the fabric. These small ones even more so than the large ones.Over all, AWESOME snaps. I use magnetic snaps like these for baby bibs and other craft projects, so I was pleased when I received these snaps. If you go to a craft store in town, you will usually pay at least a couple dollars for two sets of snaps, so even paying full price for these is a great deal. The snaps in this set are 18mm, which are a good size for purses and handbags. They are a little larger than I like to use for things like bibs, as babies are small, so I use a smaller size. These snaps are easy to use an apply. You don't really need any tools, but it is helpful to have a pair of pliers to help bend down the tabs to secure them. The set does not come with any instructions for use, but you can easily find them online, or if you've had experience with them before, they are not needed.I received this product at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

These magnetic buttons are absolutely great! They arrived in a resealable plastic baggie, which is nice since there are a lot of pieces to keep track of! I first took a set out and I was pleasantly surprised at how much strength it took to pull them apart! I used them on some simple little purses I made for my daughter and I, and I gave some to a friend of mine who makes bandanna bibs for her 8 month old twins. She loves the ease of the magnetic buttons over regular buttons or snaps, especially since babies that age just do not want to sit still! She also loves the strength of the magnets because they hold so well the babies can not pull the bibs off themselves! Although I did receive this product at a discount, my review is 100% honest and in my own words.
