Good quality at a good price. Helps my ibs. Listed dosage is probably too small though. Other brands have you take much more. This is a staple in my medicine cabinet.

I just received this product, so I can't really comment on its effectiveness yet. However when I was reading the instructions, I saw that there is a health warning stating Reproductive harm P65. So now I will have to look that up as to what that warning means And then decide whether I will continue to take this supplement or not. However the point is People should be forewarned before purchase. I doubt I could get a refund on this now because it is a supplement and they usually don't do refunds.
