This is a great product for loading up on carbs before and during a event. Long burn energy!

Makes water taste thick
I would never buy this again. Before this, I used a similar product from a different company and it mixed really well with water and I could add my own flavoring if I wanted to and it would taste great. This product however, makes the water very thick I do not recommend this product at all. I would never buy this again and I feel sad that I’m stuck with it. If I didn’t spend over $70 I would’ve just tossed it away.

good for added carbs
I have trouble putting on weight but use this with 40 gram muscle mike and it has helped my put on 5 pouns after working out....took about 8 weeks

I add this to my pre workout, and drink over the first 20min of my workout. I used to fade in the second half of my training,but this has made a huge improvement. Makes my training more consistent.
