I bought the storage bag with handles Amazon suggested. Not sure i love the fluffing part but after about an hour - it looked great!! Nice big, sturdy tree. ### ⭐ Not happy! Fire Hazard! Customer Service Lacking! *by L***E on December 21, 2020* I am not happy at all with this tree. Don’t waste your $200+ on this! As you can see from my picture, my tree had exposed wires! So of course that meant that that section of the lights didn’t work and is most likely a fire hazard! This tree comes so compact in the box, that you have to separate and fluff EVERY SINGLE BRANCH! When you open the tree up, it’s a really sorry sight because you see a very sparse amount of branches. Well, that’s because you have to pull out two side branches from that and pull all the small branches apart to fluff the tree. This took FOREVER! Not to mention that it looks like I was attacked by a cat my hands are so scratched up from fluffing branches (see pic). Then, while the 3 sections fit inside the pole fine, I was really disappointed to see these big blocks of cords for each section taped with green tape to the pole! If you look at the center of my tree pic (with the missing section of lights), you will see exactly what I’m talking about. Really attractive! Lastly, I emailed customer service to let them know about my problem with the tree and, while they were pretty quick to get back to me, especially on a weekend, they were less than sympathetic, called me by the wrong name and offered to send me a new string of lights to replace the one with exposed wires for me to “feather” into the tree! Ummm... no! I bought a PRE-LIT tree! I said they needed to come up with a better solution. They said that they don’t do repairs until January 15th, but I can just return my tree to Amazon. So, that’s exactly what I’ll be doing, but it’ll be after Christmas since I am not about to ruin my family’s Christmas and not have a tree! Ugh!
