Great and No problem.
I needed a new peg for my guitar because the interior wheel of the old one broke. Product: the product is fine and durable. It isn't cheap, it didn't break when I put it on. I needed to replace the thick E string, so it was able to handle tightening the thickest string fine and in place. You get a whole set as well, I stored the rest in case I need them in the future. Installation: UNLESS you know how to put the strings on your own, then it should not be a problem. The actual peg it self is a matter of just removing two little screws, putting the new one and screwing it back on. After that you just need to put the string back on. Like I said, it is an easy process if you know how to put a string on. My other advice would be to get this product only if the peg on the image looks like the one you have on your guitar.

Easy install - perfect fit with Epiphone Les Paul
The knob on my daughters tuning peg popped off after a performance and lost the screw & washer so couldn’t reattach. I got a quote from two local music shops of $150 parts and labor to replace machine heads. Given that it would cost $200 to buy a new guitar (which wasn’t an option since this is my daughters first guitar and she loves it) I took a chance on these machine heads. These machine heads look almost exactly like the stock heads. Easy to install (I’m no luthier) and a perfect fit. As for the quality…that is to be determined. These same heads sell at places like Guitar Center for $50-60 a set. The guitar and original heads are 3 years old. Even If we can get 1-2 years with these heads I will be thrilled.

They do the trick.
These tuners were extraordinarily inexpensive, but I was intending to put them on a decent 1970's Epiphone guitar that had unfortunately been punished in an elementary school music program. It had been knocked over more than a few times, resulting in the body, neck, headstock, nut, bridge, etc. damage that made the guitar essentially unplayable — so I figured, why not give it a try. So I replace the steel strings with nylon (neck couldn't take the stress of steel) and replaced the broken tuners with this set. My take: Even though the tuners are not of a high quality, they surprisingly STAY in tune! Caveate: the tuner bushings (the rings that surround the tuning pegs) are chrome-looking plastic. I opted to continue to use the metal bushings from the previous tuners, but the plastic ones would have sufficed if I had no choice. One Disappointment: One of the included tuners had a manufacturing issue (there was no pre-drilled hole into which the guitar string could be inserted. But I contacted the seller and he mailed me a replacement within a week. So there was a happy ending resolved in a very reasonable time frame. Again, I want to point out that it was a manufacturing glitch and NOT THE FAULT of the Seller. The Seller was cooperative and responsive (5 stars to them).

Replacing tuners on a 1980s Epiphone
First of all they look almost exactly like the original tuners. Same apparent quality. They fit pretty easily though the screws provided are too small to replace the old brass screws. So do not throw the old ones out. The machines are tight and hold well.

this improved my instrument
I had a cheap banjo and the factory tuners would not stay in tune, these were cheap, fit perfectly on my Ibanez Banjo and instantly improved the instruments ability to stay in tune. Worth the price - not the "best" tuners, but they will work great for someone on a budget, or someone wanting to upgrade their inexpensive instruments stock tuners.

You get what you pay for
One of the tuner peg handles broke off my cheap Korean made Fender acoustic guitar. I did not want to spend a lot to fix it because the guitar isn’t worth much, but I enjoy playing it occasionally. One day I’ll have a nice American made guitar again, once I get my kids through college. Anyway, I digress. These tuners work, but they are not great. They are made in China and it shows in the quality. As you can see from the pictures, the finish on one of the bushings is very poor and looks very pitted. Also, a couple of the tuners don’t operate smoothly. They seem grind when I adjust them and they take more effort than they should to turn them. I tried lubricant on the gears of one of them, but that did not seem to help. I’ve requested a replacement set so that hopefully I can scavenge enough decent parts from between the two sets. I would not recommend these if you have a nice quality guitar, but they may be fine for you if you have a cheap guitar like mine.

Good set of tuners
Musiclily is really making a name for themselves with quality guitar parts. These are no exception. Direct replacement for for most import guitars with 3+3 headstock design. Finish looks great and they work better than most original tuners of this style.

Great for the price
I have an old MIJ Les Paul from the 70s that came with some pretty bad stock tuners. These particular tuners were the closest thing I could find to the stock ones and they definitely do the trick! They’re sturdy, it keeps my guitar in tune. What more can you ask for? The washers that came with them are made of plastic. That’s my only complaint. So I used the original stock metal ones that came with my guitar.

Hard to source machine heads
My Epiphone Les Paul has a rattling machine head. Unfortunately, it is equiped with machine heads that are quite unusual...narrower posts through head, two screws attaching underneath. These exactly match the OEM heads. The Musiclily screws are not the ultimate in machine heads, nor the most expensive but do the job without the need to ream out holes for string posts or fill screw holes. Faulty peg easily replaced with only a screwdriver.

Cheap and cheerful but work
I needed new tuners for my vintage 60's Japanese guitar as one of the tuners was bent and rattled, wanted a direct drop in as i didn't want to drill holes in my vintage guitar, found two sets of tuners in the whole of a Google search, one set in Turkey for £90 and these for £12, tried these first and they did indeed just drop in perfectly, they're tight to turn but feel substantial, better than the vintage ones that were on it, after a couple of days and the strings being played in they hold tune just fine and no annoying buzz. Definitely recommend them.
