YOU CAN'T GO WRONG !
Complete quality,, endurance,, Elegance,, and power all in one. Umarex outdid themselves once again. The build quality of this Less lethal shotgun is No different then that if when I was on active duty in the USMC.

Looks and feels like it came out of a scabbard on the Terminators Harley
A little front heavy, and the loading assist gizmo is a needless fidget, but the slide actuation is smooth and short, and even in stock lower power form, I know I sure wouldn't want to take a shot from this thing. I've no doubt that a head shot, even in the low power config, would incapacitated or kill a home invader. The fact that it can be stored in a super safe, un-charged state for long periods of time without effecting its ability to be deployed in a second is pretty impressive. Gonna mod the valve, and maybe extend the barrel for some extra joules, but between the noise, the impact, and the ability to throw pepper gas balls, someone with bad intentions is going to lose interest very quickly even as it comes right out of the box. Is it gonna give you movie quality feet keep going but body reverses direction stopping power . Nope, it hands down will not, BUT... it is accurate as the devil under 50' (haven't tried any further) and it is straight up mean looking from the business end. Most ill intended are gonna hear that "slack-slack" of the slide actuation, see that huge .68 cal. hole staring them down, and I think they'll reconsider. If they don't, the muzzle attachment looks like some kind of meat tenderizer, so between that and the heft of the gun you've got a very persuasive plan 'B'. Against someone with a traditional firearm you'd be SOL, but against somebody with a handgun at 30+ feet, a single well placed shot to the head should easily end the threat, so if your goal is LTL home defense and ya don't or can't have a firearm, this certainly offers a good starting point alternative.

Good to go with this one.
This thing is nice. A little on the heavy side but that weight makes it feel even more real when people hold it. Makes a loud pop noise and that helps too. I added a grip to the pump and a small red dot to it as well and it looks very intimidating.

False advertising
The cool factor is off the chart. That being said, this is the 7.5 j version and is not much more than a Wall Hanger. It is false advertised as 300-fps when in fact it is the 250-fps version. Even the picture is wrong as it does not show the "F" stamp on the right side above the trigger that denotes the neutered version that is being sold.

Another great T4E by Umarex!
I particularly enjoyed this T4E, Umarex does not disappoint. The feel is REALLY that of holding a real rifle, nothing less. Safety next to the trigger, dual ambidextrous strap attachments, long and comfortable loading rod, 16-round magazine (up to 8 I put in by hand without using the follower, grafted inside the grip as needed), removable fiber-optic notch, removable and height-adjustable turret and drift, fixed underbarrel slide, top slide, l-mount accessory (and slide) ready on both sides. The weight is well balanced but starts to feel at the front with accessories mounted (be careful what you choose to put on). I tried it both with front grip, smooth and clean, and accessorized with flashlight and holographic red dot: great either way. Dual CO2 capsule feeding that finds space inside the stock, tube pressure indicator, range for "target shooting" useful within 30-max 40 rounds. Capsules are triggered by a hit on the emergency button, located behind the stock. This allows the HDX.68 to be kept loaded for months without having to drain CO2 (remember, however, to empty it once primed, not recommended to leave it primed and pressurized for days at a time so as not to ruin the seals, valve and reduce its total life). Suggest Nylon ammunition for "waste" and generically aluminum glass-brakers. They are also easier to load than rubber ones. In various countries it is shipped within the allowable power limits (like less than 7.5J in Italy, sigh...) Contrary to what people are saying, FOOTBALL DOES NOT FOLD OR RETAIN. NOTE: Be careful, it arrives without ammunition or CO2. Get them separately.

Read Instructions thoroughly
Likes: very solid, well designed in most aspects, looks and feels like a real firearm, very powerful. Dislikes: trigger pull is very difficult, at first I thought it was defective. Could only load 15 rounds, not 16, but it might loosen up with use. It is also easy to partially pump the forearm and cock the trigger without chambering a paint ball, and then fire it. Possible safety issue. To fully pump the forearm to load and fire takes quite a bit of effort. This may be quite a timing issue if using it for training. The traditional trigger safety button seems to stick at times. It may be just tight from being new, but it is annoying. All that being said it certainly is way up there with the coolness factor, being all metal, very realistic looking, and the feel of being beefy, 6+ pounds. A bit pricey but close to being what you pay for. The trigger issue is a big one. I may return it because of this. This is the 2nd one that has the same issue.

Nice for non lethal
Nice to have as a home defense if you’re unsure about having a firearm. Shoots well no issues. Packs a punch I wouldn’t wanna be on the receiving end even though it’s non lethal rounds. I do have rubber, rubber with metal bearings, 100% nylon, and pepper balls. All seem to hit hard at metal targets. Would recommend. Ammo is cheaper compared to real ammunition. Can also shoot this in the backyard plinking targets if you have good sized property. I haven’t tried paintballs, so unsure how well it would do. The breacher muzzle in the front is actually metal so it would definitely do some damage if someone got up close and personal and you started jabbing them hard with that point of the barrel muzzle. I could see it do some damage. You can take that out or leave it on depends on you. You can also mod parts if you wanna have them hit harder than what it usually comes as.

Fake
Seems solid but mine seems to be used and came pre loaded with orange and blue paint balls, I’m pretty certain these are pepper ball rounds and I would like to return so I can buy it new like I was supposed to
