Can this be used on the threads of spark plugs?

No. Is lubricant is specifically designed to be used with ARP bolts and studs and their torque specs. If you use this on any other thread/bolt that requires a specific torque spec, this lubricant will give you a false reading on your torque gauge. Just make sure the threads are clean and tighten the spark plug on a dry thread, no lubricants.

How many bolts will this small tube cover? Starting a Sbc 350 build and debating with this or the bottle with brush on lid

It'll cover more than one engine if you apply the proper amount to each bolt, I used mine on a Gen 1 SBC and still have more left

Bought this prior to realizing that all ARP products come with lubricant (Main studs, head studs, even the crank bolt!) But this tube is far easier to use and less messy than the tearable baggies you get with hardware, so I used this instead.
