I have settled on this product after months of experimentation with a wide variety of remedies. Definitely reduced my overnight trips from 3/1; sometimes none, just sleep through.

I'm just starting my 2nd bottle of Blue Organix. I've had overactive bladder and Nocturia for 16 years and am in my mid 70's. When I've mentioned this to health care providers over time I have gotten some version of, "Yes, and ...?" indicating it's part and parcel of aging that you just have to live with. Or, "drink less water in the latter part of the day (but stay hydrated)". : / I have had such discomfort and disruption from symptoms, including sleep issues, that I had some hope in ordering your product, but not high hopes. Wondered if I was simply ordering a placebo of sorts. Not sure what I expected in real effects, but what I've found is my level of discomfort on nighttime awakening is less intense/uncomfortable. I feel more a sense of fullness around my bladder rather than intense friction and immediacy of the need to void. I think bathroom trips are some less frequent both night and day as well. Still evaluating. I find when I awaken with less discomfort, I can then get back to sleep more easily. (For many years, my snack addiction was pumpkin seeds. On days when I ate many, my bladder issue was noticeably less. I thought it was only the excess salt, the reason I quit.) I appreciate the improvement I've experienced from Blue Organix. Thank you. Less frequent nighttime awakening to go to the bathroom. Periods of sleep aren't consistent, but are generally longer, any where from a couple of hours to 5 or 6 hrs. Now awaken 2 or 3 times per night. Better than the several painful times per night before. I had one uninterrupted night of 8 hrs. sleep this week. Uncomfortable on waking but good to have a full night's sleep. Still grateful. Thank you!

WARNING: This product MAY contain soy. If you have hypothyroidism or thyroid sensitivity, soy can cause thyroid inhibition, which can cause a lower body temperature. The result, if it happens at night may be INSOMNIA. When I got this product, I took 1 capsule in the evening, being cautious, to find out if it would cause a problem. Before ordering I researched pumpkin seed extract online, and found NO indication that it would interfere with thyroid. I also searched the pumpkin seed extracts on Amazon, for one WITHOUT SOY. That's why I chose this one. But taking even just one capsule caused me to have difficulty sleeping. During this time I checked my body temperature, and it was lower than normal. I bought some organic pumpkin seeds and ate some. That didn't lower my temperature. I had also used pumpkin seed oil, no problem. So the logical conclusion that I have come to is that this product MAY contain soy. What a lot of people don't realize is that numerous companies may be buying their materials or basic products from the same manufacturer, and packaging them with their own label. Many of the nutritional products come from China, where enforcement of quality standards is much lower. Most of the other pumpkin seed extracts on Amazon included SOY in their product. It is possible that Blue Organix purchased the material, or capsules from a manufacturer that incorrectly told them it did not have soy. Or maybe the company they are purchasing from gave them a bad, or wrong batch by mistake. Whatever the case, no other pumpkin products, that are just from pumpkin, have caused me any problem. I cannot use this product. I hope the company reaches out and issues a refund. UPDATE 2-26 After noticing a slight decrease in body temperature when using pumpkin seed oil, I did a search for pumpkin+anti-pyretic. I found one article that mentions that pumpkin seed is "anti-pyretic" which means it can lower body temperature. SO I CONCLUDE THAT THE PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE PRODUCT MAY NOT BE BECAUSE OF SOY. HOWEVER, since the company did not reach out to me about my concerns, I don't feel it necessary to change the rating. They could have responded and provided a certificate of analysis. I don't have any way of knowing what there is in the product that caused the problem, but they apparently don't offer any customer service or support.

Update - after 2 months After 2 months I came to realize these pills stopped working. They without a doubt worked at first, but then perhaps my body adjusted to them. Perhaps when I switched to 1 pill a day it is why they stopped working, they really only ever worked when I took 4 pills a day. At 4 pills a day I would need two bottles a month and I just was not going to pay for that. Old Review I waited over a month to write this review, I wanted to make sure I could accurately tell you if it worked. Background - I am in my mid 30's and I have had an overactive bladder since college. I have gone though various tests and there is nothing physical wrong with me, so I just learned to live with it. However, recently I have had trouble sleeping and one of the reasons is I have to pee 10 or more times within the first hour I attempt to go to sleep. This does not happen all the time, but it happens often enough. The Results I take one pill in the morning and one pill at night as prescribed on the bottle. During the day it does not make a huge difference, but at night I have only had 1 night during the last 45 days where I had to pee multiple times before falling asleep, if I took the pill. Interestingly enough there was one night where I forgot to take the pill and the problem returned. So it seems to work for me. Overall I give it 4 stars because it did not have much of an effect during the day, and I still have to wake up at least once per night and pee, but I have had to do that for over 10 years. Additionally, the only side effect was during the first week of taking the pill my body was so used to peeing before that I still got up 10 times but I did not actually have to pee. 45 days later I no longer have this problem.

I have had a lot of problems with a leaky bladder. Unfortunately, it's called stress incontinence. Well, I decided to try this. It's my 3rd purchase of "natural" remedies for this issue. I do a lot of heavy chores, lifting climbing, jumping, running and an exercise class that is vigorous. All activities which have caused my bladder to leak. I started using these (in addition to doing the Beyond Kegels Protocol) and I am happy to say that I have lifted 50# bags, ran, jumped, did sit ups, squats, climbed fences, drug heavy items and have had no leaks. This was by day 9 of using the product. I am very pleased and I ordered 2 more bottles. Another huge plus is that you don't have to take this 3 x or more per day. You take 2 in the am and 2 before bed for 2 weeks and then 1 in the am and 1 in the pm after that. I'm still taking 2 each time, but hopefully the great results will continue after I reduce to 1 pill am and pm/

I have OAB, which was very bothersome at night, getting up 5-7 times to use the bathroom and leaving me feeling tired and sluggish during the day. After searching online for a natural remedy, I decided to try Blue Organix, took as directed I'm only getting up 2-3 times at night and so appreciate the extra sleep I'm getting and how much better I feel during the day! It did take a couple nights at first to kick in but I'm half way through my second bottle/month taking it and it's still working great. I'm so thankful and plan to continue using it and highly recommend it, definitely greatly improved my quality of life. Thanks so much for this awesome, natural product! THIS PRODUCT WORKS. PERIOD. My Urologist first prescribed Oxybutynin 5mg 2x daily. That almost worked, and was reasonably proced. So we tried Myrbetriq 50 mg once daily, and that worked. BUT a.) it caused ankle swelling so bad my Cardiologist became alarmed, and b.) was driving my Plan D toward the Mediicare gap so fast, I became alarmed (costing my insurance almost $500/month, and me about $47/month). You wanna talk about expensive? Get into the Medicare gap and start paying 100% for all your pharmaceuticals all of a sudden. LOL - and THAT will make you pee your pants for sure!!! LOL So I tried going back to the Oxybutynin 5mg morning and night along with a couple of these Blue Organix, and VOILA! Problem solved at less than $20 per month total! Obviously, chat with the Drs. before you try anything like that - but the results here are nothing less than stellar. Urologist happy, Cardiologist happy, bladder happy, me happy, bank account happy - - - - pretty nifty, huh?

Me dió mala espina desde que llegó. Llego súper rápido, el anuncio viene en inglés y viene etiquetado en Monterrey ,no es claro en sus ingredientes. Lo tomé, ya había pagado por ellas, sin resultado alguno. A mí ya me vieron la cara, que no se las vean a ustedes, no gasten su dinero en esto.

no me ayudo en lo absoluto, pero tampoco me hizo mal, espero que haya alguien a quien si le ayude.
