Delicious concentrate
No English on package. I used Google Translate to read the rear label and determined that a ratio of 1 part dashi concentrate to 9 parts water makes a delicious, ready to use broth for miso soup or ramen that is pure umami. Iโm adding this to my list of pantry essentials.

Good Ponzu sauce
I used this for sauce on agadasi tofu. It was very good. Maybe I can use it on some stir fry too.

Hice un arroz con camarones de acuerdo , a una receta con instrucciones, de un canal de YouTube y me quedo perfecto, usando esta al principio como sazon, y al final la salsa de soya muy oscura, very Dark para darle el color negro dorado. Y descubrรญ el secreto. Rico y delicioso ๐.
