Based on that, I think it will work - it's probably worth trying. [side note - the max width it can hold is around 19cm (>7") but i modified it to fit an ipad that's over 22cm by peeling back the back pad and removing a button that stops it from expanding, then reinforcing it with a hair band. Could also have cut and welded in another strip of plastic. **Q: Will a kindle fire hd 10 work with this mount?** A: Since the Fire HD 10 size specs are: 9.73” x 6.53” x 0.36” (247mm x 166mm x 9.2 mm) and the mount opens to 7.5", I would think so. **Q: Would this hold an iPad that has a case on it?** A: I use it with 9.7 iPad Pro. It has an otter box on it. I did remove some of the cushions on the mount but it still works great.
