This book is perfect for all levels of change partners in organizations. It provides value to any one in this field and well written, contains just enough examples for the scenarios and very insightful. I have read quite a few change management books and honestly, this is the only one any professional needs.

I had to purchase the book for a course I was going to attend in Change Management. I believe this textbook is well written and provides detailed explanation to a wide range of frameworks within change management. It therefore is suitable for people with very little to no experience in the field and can be useful if you are interested in developing further within change management.

An absolute masterpiece. The sheer scope and quality of material is beyond what I expected or have seen on the topic of Change Management. Absolutely recommend buying this book. I do agree this is not a kindle-friendly book.
