Perfect mild flavor for chicken or pork.
Great pucks for the Bradley smoker. Perfect for chicken and pork. Not over sharp like Hickory or Mesquite can be. I want to try some cheese now that weather has cooled down. Great for a mild sausage.

Makes cold smoking easy!
We cold smoke a lot in the winter and these pucks, in combination with the Bradley cold smoke attachment make the process super easy. No worrying if its gonna smoke and for how long. No in and out of the house checking if the smoke pile still smokes... just load the pucks, switch the Bradley on and forget about it. We like the taste of the pecan blend - cold smoked some cured pork lion with it recently.

If you have a Bradley smoker no explanation is really necessary...
These are my favorite flavor. I really can't tell the difference in taste from any of the others except the smell when cooking. I love hickory and pecan which are really from the same tree family anyway. The only ones I buy now that I have used a Bradley smoker for 20+ years.
