Our orthopedic doctor recommended these for my daughter because she has flat feet and within a week her foot pain was gone. They fit perfectly into her shoes without any issues. One tip: take the insoles out of the current shoe and use that to cut the insoles down, my daughter wears a size 4 or 5 and they didn’t have to be cut down to fit perfectly into the shoe.

My son has really flat feet such that his weight is distributed on the supposed arch of his feet. Most off-the-shelf arch support products don't provide the support need for his feet. This product does and for a reasonable price. Typically, this quality would require a customized approach which could cost $100+. However, since my son is only 8 and still growing, I wouldn't want to spend that much for only 3-6 months of use. This product is perfect and would hopefully prevent my son from having any chronic pain in his feet.

The product is a great fit. It helped my son with heel pain pretty much immediately. He used them in his basketball shoes and the high arch support rubbed and caused a bit of a blister, but I was able to cut down that part of the insole that was rubbing and he is now very happy with the results and has no issues. Just wanted to let people know that the arch support is high with these but it shouldn’t be a deal breaker as it can be trimmed out with a sharp pair of scissors. The heel has a lot of padding so you probably will want to remove the original insoles in the shoes they are going in so that the heel sits comfortably in the shoe and not too high. Would buy again.

Fits perfectly in my son’s shoe he has no arc support and this helps his feet and posture. Super comfortable and great price!

My 8yo daughter loved these from the first time I put them in her sneakers. I planned to use them between all/most of her shoes and sneakers, but they are very thick and won't fit in most. Wish they were thinner and could get more use of them as my daughter doesn't wear the same shoe/sneaker every day. The other draw back was they arrived with quite a "material" odor. I had to leave them outside to air out for two days. This reduced the odor, but didn't eliminate it.

These seem like great inserts, but they don't fit in any of my son's shoes. Unfortunately, I had to cut them a bit lengthwise to get them in & he tried them onto find he couldn't get his foot in his shoes. Bummer.

I buy these for my son because he has a high arch and his shoes hurt his feet. He likes them, so we buy a pair every time he gets a new pair of shoes to insure he feels comfortable walking and playing.

Fit perfectly in my son's football cleats. Inserts immediately provided support for his flat feet and relieved pain he had been feeling in his feet and legs. We are buying another pair for his everyday shoes.
