This device actually works! I plugged it in to the computer's docking station, but I assume that it can be directly plugged into the laptop or desktop usb socket and the other end is plugged into the device itself. I have been using it with Microsoft teams to call and receive calls from customers. My hands are free and the headset is not messing up my hairdo or irritating me throughout the day because I have no need to wear it or plug it in. I speak in a normal tone and it works as a speaker phone. I love it!

Value for the money. First unit did not work but very easy and fast exchange.

Due to m y disability, such a product it easier then typing, BUT it keeps glitching on and off. And before I go any further, NO, I WILL NOT SEND IT BACK! When I spend my SSDI on something, I expect it to perform as described, not on and off. I am not looking to get something for nothing, that is equal to being a thief, but a product, ANY PRODUCT should perform as described. So I can not/will not endorse this product. I looked for reliable, constant, easy chats, what I have is something that glitches every few seconds, I reboot, it works a few minutes and glitches again. YOU tell me where, how this is easy for someone paralyzed? You NEED to do better, that simple, stop chasing the $ and uphold your customer promises

I use it daily for both Teams/Zoom with great success. I’ve also figured out how to use it as a voice interface for local AI. I haven’t run into anything that would make me think twice about recommending it.

The sound from the speaker wasn't that good (it sounded distant and tinny), and the microphone didn't clearly pick up my voice. However if you're looking for a small external speaker/mic, this would work for that. I picked up some better speaker/mic combos from Jounivo that work better for me.

I hooked it up to my computer and I am able to hear incoming sound, but no on can hear me. The outgoing sound is crap. I tried to adjust it but when I test it the volume when I speak in the mic is extremely low and unable to be fixed. I have to hold this item up to my lips for anyone to hear me, smh.

My laptop speakers were not loud enough for conference calls and I did not like wearing a headset. I was skeptical because of all the bad reviews on this but I took a chance and I am glad I did. Perfect speaker and mic for my desk, plugs right into my laptop and works like a charm. Volume and mute buttons right on top are a huge plus too.
