Unfortunately I didn’t realize this was the same style formula as Revlon’s similar pencil. It’s perfect if you want the closest pigment of a liquid eyeliner. It’s not going to budge. This pencil even goes on smooth, but if you don’t smudge fast, forget it. It will set and NOT budge. When I applied this method myself, it did smudge before drying but the more I needed to smudge, it just starts getting patchy as if I am rubbing it off. The pigment is only good without smudging IMO. Good product but shouldn’t come with a smudger and just marketed solely Tattoo/no budge.

I have been searching for a good eye liner that works for my mature 70+ eyes and have found it in Maybeline Tattoo gel pencil. Goes on like butter, stays, doesn't smudge, and doesn't irritate my eyes. I use medium brown, with my brown eyes and salt & pepper hair. The price point is great, and this works better than the more expensive eyeliners I have purchased previously! I highly recommend.

LOVE THIS. I USE IT TO ENHANCE MY VERY LIGHT EYEBROWS. ITS NOT HARD AND DRY ON YOUR SKIN, VERY PLIABLE. IT ALSO HAS A RUBBER BUMP ON THE OTHER END TO WORK THE HARD LINE INTO A SOFT COLOR. BROWS COLORED IN WITH HEAVY SHARP LINES MAKES CHICKS LOOK LIKE THERY ARE FROM SOME PREVIOUS GENERATION. I WILL ONLY A SOFT EASY TO SHAPE BROW COLOR. VERY NATURAL. GO LIGHT OR GO HEAVY, THEN BLENDS.

I really like this pencil,but I think I have an allergy to it. Every time I wear it, my eyes burn and feel a bit swollen.

This isn't my first time purchasing this specific gel liner. First time I got it was years back, but in black. I love this gel liner because it actually LASTS on my waterline. Any other eye pencil - it would disappear from my waterline within 10 min or less. This? It lasts for several hours, if not the whole day. It has great staying power. I love the texture, it glides on seamlessly like butter. I was happy to see they had this brown. I am very pale and black can sometimes look extremly harsh on me...so I got the brown this time and it looks great; it's a nice, cool, dark brown that doesn't overpower my eyes. Application is easy. I feel a little goes a long way because it's very pigmented - it lasts forever. The smudging tool at the other end is helpful to blend out the liner. I should really get a few more of these so I can stay stocked up!

This is a fab creamy coloured Kajal. I have it in black and brown. Not recommended for use inside the eye line (I have experienced mild irritation) but great to use over the kids and to line it on the exterior. The smudger is great too.

This does NOT move during hot, humid summers where I find my other liners tend to smudge or migrate. Glides on pretty smoothly and is very pigmented. I will buy this over and over again!
