Review: The good, the bad, and the ugly - The ugly - there wasn't any ugly, it's a very nice looking gazebo. The bad - there wasn't a whole lot of bad but there are some frustrations. The roof panels were not packaged as well as they could be and there was about a 4 inch gash in the middle of a number of them. I'm guessing it was hit by a forklift or something. There were a couple pieces mislabeled but you won't have a hard time figuring it out. The 11x13 gazebo comes in four boxes (about 7 feet long) and they are each about 100 pounds. There are over 150 main parts and another 400+ pieces of hardware. A three person experienced crew isn't going to put it together in an hour and a half. They have a lot of pre-drilled holes and you are going to need to relocate some of them. They have the holes in the wrong place on several of the posts (step 7) and you'll need to redrill for the M10x80 bolts. Step 19, where you are putting on the middle roof panels, is wrong. You have to put on the third panel (step 20) in order to get the ridge cover (R2) on. I had to use a pair of tin snips to remove a small bottom section of one of the roof panels in order for the holes to line up. There were a few other frustrations but it was very doable. The good - All the parts came. And there was usually one extra piece of hardware in each group. They say you need 2-3 people to assemble this. I did it by myself, so it's not a requirement. The only time I needed a hand was holding the posts up while connecting them to the beams (I used my tractor, and later my wife). The instructions were very good, considering this probably came from China. Definitely whomever wrote it spoke English well. And one final note - make sure you have everything square, especially the roof (step 17). I used a framing square but you could maybe make their suggestion of measuring also work. If the frame isn't square, you'll have a tough time getting the roof panel holes to line up.

We are 62 and 66 and the two of us were able to put this together. Follow the instructions exactly and it goes together well. It is sturdy but piece by piece it isn't too heavy to lift and assemble. It is packed well and each piece marked. A cooler, cloudy day would be best for assemble because all those black metal pieces get very hot.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Roof leaks and rusts quickly. Bad for rain

**UPDATE** the customer service team worked with me to get me replacement parts and issued a partial refund. It took some back and forth to stay on top of them for about a month but did get both. This makes my opinion on this a little better. Now onto my DIY fix. I bought this and set it up the first week of April. Spring in Michigan rains frequently and I was excited to have a safe dry place to spend out with the family but have only had issues with this unit and it’s bad design. I recommend to avoid this unit if you are in an area it rains frequently. Once assembled the design was bad that the water leaks in from the roof and would drip all over my table. I had to seal the roof peak which is not an easy task once fully assembled. We then started finding rust stains on the patio under the roof line of the unit. You can see in the picture the drip spots. Just to find out the rain does not run off the roof. The rails along the bottom of the roof are short pieces you assemble to span the length and these are hollow pieces with open ends. The rain goes down the roof panels and makes its way into these as there is no good drainage for the roof. Customer service just tells me to DIY a solution. If I wanted to design and build a structure I wouldn’t have bought this. This is all within 2 MONTHS of purchase and assembly. See pictures to help with visualization. I have requested replacement parts before exploring my DIY journey that they tell me I need to figure out. We shall see… Good luck and hope this helps.
