Are these good for Mixing/Mastering?

mx2 is great for mixing and mastering. I am quite satisfied with the clarity and bass response. After I listen on speakers I verify with the headphones. Also sometimes I dial in first with the headphones and mix with speakers

Are these as comfortable as a bose headphone?

Ok; Bose is HiFi audio. Tascam is PRO audio. Different kind of work / Different target of audio / sound. Absolutely not comparable. those are excellent brands but they are designed for different purposes.

How do they sound through a laptop's 3.5mm jack without a headphone amp?i listen to classical and jazz music.

Contra the first answer in this thread, you don't need to buy an adaptor to plug these headphones into a laptop. You just need to unscrew the the 1/4" connector which will reveal a 3.5mm connector underneath. But it isn't exactly obvious at first. They should make it clearer in the listing.

Are these good for binaural beats and frequency therapy?

They will get you by, but don't expect to do any High-End Mixing and Mastering, these offer a Frequency Range of about 18Hz to 22KHz, Realistically you need to get a wider range of sound like 15Hz to 22KHz for beat making and mastering. Nevertheless, it depends on the quality of your "DAW" and other equipment, if those are High-End then these will work just fine for mixing and mastering and just about any other listening pleasure.
