This has been a fantastic addition to my toolkit, especially for molding and trim sealing projects. This tape is incredibly gentle on delicate surfaces, ensuring that my paint jobs are clean and precise without causing any damage. The adhesion is just right. It is strong enough to stay in place during the job, yet easy to remove without leaving any residue or pulling off paint. One thing I particularly appreciate is its UV and sunlight resistance. This feature makes it reliable for extended projects where the tape might be exposed to light, ensuring it doesn't degrade or become difficult to remove. Additionally, the solvent-free adhesive is a nice touch, making it a safer option for indoor use. Perfect tape for banner making! It will NOT hold up my paper, but it holds on to the paper well and when I took it off, it just came off no problem and no ripping! To hang on the wall, first I put a layer of this tape and then a layer of stronger tape and it worked great! I will definitely buy again!

This tape works great for a variety of surfaces, like walls painted with flat paint, wood, or even paper. I have used it to tape walls and or Wood for painting or stenciling as well as paper cards for stenciling. It always works well as it does the job to block things as needed, but still comes off clean. For the most delicate paper surfaces, try sticking it to your clothing before placing it on the paper to avoid tearing up any paper. It is waterproof for painting and stenciling and if you are careful to press it down firmly, especially on the edges, it does a great job! It's also easy to rip off, which makes it very easy to use.

I will always keep this tape in my house. I let my son use it to tape up pictures on the wall, use it to make new creations, and we used it to paint stripes on a wall. There was some bleeding from the paint, even while using the most popular techniques to prevent it, but i think it was inevitable with our orange peel textured walls. I was prepared for touch ups. I appreciate that it hasn’t peeled off any paint on the walls. We have a new home, no extra layers of paint.

Works well for delicate surfaces, but not for taping down something like watercolor paper. I find it difficult to keep it attached to the surface. For me, blue painters tape works better.

I am very happy w this tape and it is worth the high cost. I use it to tape edges on watercolor paper and it does a nice job of keeping the edges of my art clean while also not lifting/ripping the paper when the time comes to remove it. Recommend! See photo for clean edges example.

PROS: - I use for watercolor masking. Even when burnished down, doesn’t tear paper when removed. - Easy to tear into shapes. - Good water-tight seal for wet into wet watercolor painting. CONS: none

I was skeptical at first about this tape as the project I was working on I had spent a lot of time on. I had nothing to worry about as it worked much better than I had thought it would. I needed it to tape off the stripes I was painting on my project without pulling up any of the base paint. It worked very well, I had no seepage of paint beneath the tape and the lines were crisp.

Ein spitzen Produkt. Hab es mir für den Bau meines Kanus gekauft, da hier viel mit Epoxyd gearbeitet wird. Das Ban ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch ist es auf Zug sehr reißfest. Wäre der Preis deutlich besser, würde ich noch viel mehr bei der täglichen Arbeit verarbeiten.

I used this masking tape at various stages of a hobby build project of a Brian May Red Special guitar. This required the oak fretboard to be painted and I used Plasti-Kote gloss black aerosol based paint and masked off the bare mahogany wood of the main part of the neck with this blue 3M tape. I also used it when applying the delicate 0.6 mm thick marquetry veneer to the guitar body and to mask off the inner cavities of the guitar. I chose the delicate surface version to minimise the risk of ripping out parts of the wood grain. I'm pleased to say that this didn't happen so the tape did its job as advertised. I also used it again when fretting the guitar and when lacquering parts of the stained, unpainted surface.

super delicate which makes it super great to mask 3d prints for painting. Easy to come off and I've found myself grabbing them for other applications like sanding down a sharp edge on a desk but not wrecking the finishing, and even ended up using it to mask when I did some painting on a repair.

Prodotto arrivato come da indicazioni dell'ordine. E' un ottimo sistema per chi fa lavori e ha bisogno di schermare o tener fermo il disegno. E' forte, ma nel contempo non rovina i disegni togliendolo, non sembra rovinarsi e forse si può riposizionare. Lo consiglio perché ha una colla migliore che non quella dei rotoli di carta adesiva, che solitamente usavo, e che mi strappavano via il colore quando li toglievo.
