The cost of the product is A LOT but I got the regular size last time and I bought in May so maybe I donโt brush enough but with my dental health and history itโs the only toothpaste Iโve found that actually doesnโt dry my mouth out and doesnโt get all foamy like ever other one out there. Iโm willing to try some other products just to see if thereโs any alternatives. Sometimes I brush my teeth after lunch with the samples I get from the dentist like sensodyne and crest and I can really tell a difference. Not saying they donโt work but overall I feel like this toothpaste is essentially why I havenโt lost more teeth. Want to try the sonic toothbrush but I didnโt care for the regular one I got in a set and I donโt think it cleans any better. Definitely feel like this is the only thing the really keeps my teeth clean and a tube can last a really long time if u alternate with other brands for quicker brushing like I do at work but this is my go to for morning and night (sometimes I donโt brush at night) but like I said Iโm not brushing enough and this has kept my teeth in decent shape and going to the dentist regularly of course but but if ur lazy about brushing your teeth long enough or 2x + a day then this is the one that will save you from losing them!

Great taste and teeth whiter at least 5 shades! It feels smooth on my teeth and quality excellent! I recommend it for everyone! Will continue to use it x2 daily and flossing as well! Teeth and gums in great condition!!
