Perfect for making Greek yogurt!
Although I can't speak to this strainer's durability, as I've only used it once, it did what I got it for and wasn't sure it would handle: It made a great batch of Greek yogurt.

Rusting after one use

Works for yogurt
This works perfectly for me to make yogurt. I take out the milk mix and pour it into this while it is over a larger bowl. I let it sit for a while. Later I'll top that off with plastic wrap and a small plate with extra weight to help press. In a few hours I can spooon it out of the strainer.The strainer cleans up pretty easy using some soap and hot sprayed water.
