does it add any taste or flavor to the water?

In a glass or bottle of water, I cannot taste the flavor. However, there is a very light fishy flavor that I can only taste if I double the amount of drops in a small glass of water. Usually, it's not noticeable. I hope this helps.

If you add "3 drops in 8 oz. of water", what is the ph of the water I am now drinking? (approx?)

After I add 3 drops per 8oz. glass the ph is between 7 an 8...before I added the drops it was between 5 and 6....but it may make a difference on your geographic location or the source of water.

What is the difference between this product and the one labeled "make your own alcaline water" by Alkazone?

I do not know. I have only used the Alkazone, which I like.

How many servings can one bottle provide?

The directions say "3 drops in 8 oz. of water". We make up a quart at a time for drinking. We get quite a bit of water processed with one 1.25oz bottle. Love it! I have no more problems with acid from drinking coffee.
