I like all the items it came with. The diaper is nice with good Velcro, the wipes are very cute (wish there were a few more “wipes” in the box, though), and the diaper cream is nice that it opens. 2 year olds love to open and close things! The little bag is really nice quality. The front opening is a bit open; it would be nicer if it was a flap Velcro like the main opening. The large opening is very nice and has little air holes at the bottom. I am satisfied with my purchase! I would not pay the full price for it ($23), and I think $8 is a very good price
