However the effects of Gotu Kola ,the first ingredient,you will feel almost immediately as it is a stimulant like coffee.I have not taken this particular herbal remedy so the long term affect of the other components I cannot comment on. **Q: Is there a pill formula of this?** A: This product has an accelerant that gets it working quickly.
