These came highly recommended by a friend who was having similar issues. She shared the name of these after I shared the problem with her. I turned around and ordered them after our conversation. They arrived in just a few hours! It was amazing. We began taking them daily and I know I felt a change within 24 hours. My hubby is taking it for different issues. He hasn't noticed any changes yet. It's expensive for only a 90-day supply but you only have to take one a day. It's twice the amount of the other variety so you're getting twice as much vitamin in one pill. Often times you're swallowing several pills multiple times a day which is a real pain. This isn't too large. It's easy to swallow and you're done for the day. Hoping for continued success.
