I have a Toro manual/electric start wouldn't turn over at all after winter storage even through I drained the gas before putting it away for the winter. First snowfall it didn't even sound like it wanted to turn over. Drained the fresh gas I had just put in. Already had the purge valve installed from the last time I used this product. Attached the hose from the can, sprayed some product in, waited till some spilled out(as directed) then let it sit for 20 minutes (as per instructions). After 20 minutes one more shot of product pulled the manual start 2x started right up. It is a little expensive but a lot less than bringing it to a repair shop.
