Buy it simply for the straps, carabiners, cord, and bungee cord
I bought this to use a gear hammock because of its integrated bug net. I mean why buy a decent gear hammock for $20-80 when I can simply just buy another hammock with all the extra goodies and the addition of another actual hammock. You pay for what you get but in this case it's not a diss. Not only is the hammock of good quality but the main thing I used was the carabiners, for another hammock because I didn't want my climbing ones out in the rain, the bungee cord to make a anchor point at the bottom of the trees for my tarp so I didn't have to stake them, and finally the straps. OH MY GOD THE STRAPS. If you're an unsure hammock camper simply buy this one for the straps, each strap has 18 adjustment loops + the 1 for the tree. With this amount of loops you can actually find the perfect hang extremely easy, they're also slightly thinner which makes them compatible as replacements for cinch buckle style straps should you ever replace them. To put them in perspective the vastly more popular wise owl hammock straps have 5 loops... I can tell you when I was first starting out those 5 loops did not do me justice, I immediately swapped over to cinch buckle style straps after wasting a lot of time trying to get tie downs & ratchets to work. The bug net is completely integrated which means there is absolutely no way for bugs to get in unlike other hammocks with removable bug nets/ completely separate bug nets if that aspect of being outside bothers you. That is also a con though however as you can never take it off, it also only has one entrance to get in from and the other side is simply sewn into the hammock seamlessly, luckily however it is a double zipper which makes it perfect for use as a gear hammock. The last con would technically be that you can't have a ridgeline inside your bug net, it has to be outside and you'll probably be using it to keep your bug net off your face if you were to be using this as an actual hammock.

Hammock itself is durable, but if you have animals around it the straps on the pegs can pop.
Really comfortable hammock! It's held up through harsh thunderstorms and my pony tripping over the strings, well one string. One of the strings that attaches to the peg broke completely off the hammock. I think this was due to a dog or pony tripping on the string and it popped. The good thing though is it isn't necessary to use the hammock. All it does is stop it from swaying, but I should be able to fix it somehow. I did not order a replacement but I'm sure that if you did, it would come in fine. The hammock and straps itself are great! I also love the mosquito net and how if you dont want it you can remove it! Really great.

Seems like alot of bang for the money
I just recieved yesterday, have not had a chance to use it yet.. but my initial opinion is that it's well made and worth every penny.. I'm excited to use.. I'm 51 and just can't sleep on the ground anymore in a tent, even with a pad.. and this this is FAR MORE COMPACT and lighter than a tent.. the stitching looks good, and I love the attached stuff sack.. goes back into it VERY EASILY.. alot of these kinds of products can be a hassle to get them back into the carry sack.. this, I had absolutely no problem.. the straps are nice, with the spread out attachment loops.. and heavy caribeaners.. although I have not tried ut yet, I laid it out on the floor.. and I would assume if you're a really tall or big man, it might be an issue.. I'm 5'10 175 lbs.. and it looks like it will accommodate me.. but not a tin of extra room.. but that's just speculation as like I said I have not field tested it.. bottom line is.. I'm very happy with it's quality, at such a great low price point

My favorite hammock of all time!
Love how small it is when put away. Love the straps that it comes with where you can literally hang from ANYTHING sturdy. Very durable. I have it in various places in my back yard in minutes just on a whim when itโs a nice night out. Great for camping and just being at home. The netting keeps the mosquitos out. When I wear this one out Iโm buying 2 more!!

Good quality at a great price.
Great value. This hammock includes everything you need and it was amazingly comfortable to sleep in. It packs down to a nice compact size and feels sturdy enough though I wouldn't take it on a long expedition or anything beyond a short, fun camping trip. If you might have weather you will need to get a tarp or rainfly to use as it is not included.

Sleep under the under the stars
Hammock camping is the best. Once you figure it out, you'll never go back to sleeping on a pad on the ground. The net kept out all the bugs. I had a great night in this thing.

Me encanta!

Excellent hammock !!
Awesome hammock!! Took this on a horseback riding pack trip and it was perfect. Me (5โ8โ 155lbs) & the 55lb dog slept in it no problem. So simple to set up, kept bugs out, packed up nicely and was very comfortable. Loved that the bag was attached to the hammock, one less thing to lose and also made a great pocket for storing a water bottle, headlamp & phone. I added a backpacking mattress to sleep on, it kept the hammock more flat and your backside warmer. Highly recommend to anyone needing a back packing sleep solution.

I will not camp without this thing
I absolutely love this hammock. It's easy to setup, sturdy, stays in place. I sleep in this thing while camping and it is infinitely more comfortable than the tent and cots I used to use. The bug net works perfectly and doesn't obstruct the view of the stars at night. It also has a built in cup holder (just a fabric sleeve) but it does accommodate a bottle of water. We are ordering a second one so my partner can experience the luxury of not waking up with a sore back next trip. The photo doesn't do it justice because it was unzipped and almost inside out due to the wind but this thing is awesome.

Good, but not perfect.
Pros: Great value for the cost. I was impressed with the instructions and how easy it was to put up. The quality of the material and zippers. I especially love the double zipper feature so you can open from either end. Comfortable to lay in, and I felt secure. The mesh net keeps the bugs out. Cons: My biggest complaint is that the mesh net. just flops down and has no structure. I ended up using a pants hanger to clip it and hold the mesh off my face. Overall satisfied with my purchase.
