These are fantastic for meal prep. As a single woman, I love the size, because it makes 2 hearty servings. Pics are a dish I made today, Baked Rigatoni, which will go into the freezer for another day. Having containers this size for meal prep keeps me from having to make a huge dish of pasta and either eating the same thing for days, or having to toss half of it out after a few days. Lids are easy to write on, and can go straight into the oven. Pans are a little thin, but if you put them on a baking sheet before baking, no problems with burning. This was a good purchase, and something I plan to keep on hand.

I started cooking and freezing my meals, these are the perfect size for two. Stackable saves space. Plus I reheat in them too.

These are great! But definitely smaller than I expected.

They are too small. Cannot even pack half a pound. I returned them.

These are great containers for meal prepping. The serving size per container will vary based on the contents and what your family consumes. For example you can fit half of Costcos prepared mac n cheese. Write the cooking instructions on the lid and put it in the freezer. Easy to transport from your home to a pot luck. Not very sturdy if it’s not full to capacity. May not be great for food that has tons of sauce.
