If you wanted to wear it over your shoulder, you could probably do so. However it wasn’t designed to wear that way and is on the small side, so might look a bit silly. It’s really meant to be worn around your waist. I’ve seen other waist (Fanny Packs) that can be worn either way, but they tend to be larger in size. This one is very small.
