missing product in package--- UPDATED--- Great product
ordered product and received an empty package, it had the label/packaging but no key chain. I submitted a return request and for them to send another. I will change my review once I receive the keychain. i also have a video i can upload as well to show proof of not receiving item. ---here is update---- the return requested was processed and received keychain the next day, been using it for about a week now and it works great. great product and great customer support!! will definitely order again.

Love this thing. Lost mine that I had for years so had to repurchase but have never had any issues with this guy.

These Keychains or nice
I've had 3. The springines gives out after about a year and the little plastic locking piece is a pain so I just take it off. That said, I keep buying the save keychain/hook whatever because it's easy to clip and unclip off my belt loop and it's never fallen off accidentally.

Useful and aesthetically pleasing
