Much better than even the Karcher steamer- it actually collects the dirty water from the grout lines on tiles and gives it a polish after it washes (I also have the Karcher polisher and it does a much better job than that too!) I have battled with a cream shiny tiled floor on most of the bottom floor of our house matched with kids and a golden retriever (what was I thinking when I chose that floor?) but at last I have honestly found the solution. Quick to fill, empty and easy peasy to use. Don't be put off by the small tank-once you have got the floor cleaned properly (I used a Karcher steamer to really get the cream grout lines sparkling to begin with) and it is all really clean, the maintenance each day is VERY fast and very few tanks. It keeps the tiles and grout clean and polished with zero hassle. Very good price considering it gives me the best help I have in the house!

I have owned this model for some years until the clean water tank broke, didn't realise I could get a replacement which I have now obtained, so have 2 same models. Kept them both as I am so pleased with the ease of use, and the cleanliness and dryness of the floor after use. Cannot fault the product and at 83yrs. old I suspect they will both "see me out"

I use this to clean an 81 square metre area of LVT. It does it with one container of detergent solution. It needs to be properly cleaned to get rid of all the wet fluff it picks up, but it is quite easy to dismantle and clean. Highly recommended.

Don't waste your money on this, it's a terrible mop! Firstly, it leaves floors streaky. The compartment for floor cleaner and then the dirty water compartment are very small, so I had to empty the dirty chamber and refill the clean compartment numerous times just to clean the kitchen floor. But the worst part is the leaking, other reviewers aren't exaggerating with this. Not only does it leak when you turn off the mop, but if the dirty water compartment goes slightly over the fill line it will leak dirty water onto the floor. This is so frustrating given that most of the time the compartment wasn't actually full, it was just suds from the cleaner! So the already tiny dirty water compartment needs emptying so often otherwise your clean floor will be splattered with dirty water. I ended up sending this back and getting a refund, it was far more hassle than it was worth!

I bought this to replace a Karcher floor cleaner and I am so glad that I did - it does the job just as well and it is light and easy to manouver and has the advantage of being cordless.

Looks like a well built machine but as soon as we got it out the box we realised the brush was not going to be suitable for our non slip flooring, the pile was far to short and soft - returned

The cleaner arrived on time and was very well packaged. The battery was already charged and It is easy to use. However, I don’t find it super effective on my matt finish floor tiles in spite of applying pressure. I still have to spot clean stubborn marks which is a bit disappointing. However, maybe it’s my tiles as my mum has no problem using it on her vinyl floor.
