Para adentrarnos en el mundo del BPM fundamental leer este libro, el autor busca que el lector intime con la definición de "proceso" en varios cotextos y muestra de un modo esclarecedor lo que realmente diferencia al BPM de las disciplinas de mejora de proceso tradicionales. Del mismo modo creo que debió incluir uno ó dos de casos de éxito concreto de implementación de BPM, pequeño no importa pero sustancioso. Esperaremos la siguiente edición.
