This is the largest Hinge Doctor model, the HA4-D. This fits over knuckle sizes of of approx. 9/10 of one inch. These are common used on large institutional doors in hospitals, prisons, and other locations with large doors. This is the new notched version, which can also be used with an adjustable wrench. No need to open the door to adjust a hinge with tight molding. Review: Don't over do it! - Perfect for spring hinges.
