Comfortable even for very sensitive skin. Has helped me to prevent reoccurring eczema/ dermatitis I suffer from on my hands. Especially important in winter due to increased risk of chilblains. Obviously don’t use this on broken skin, wait for your skin barrier to heal before starting to reapply again. I use this at night before bed and it works nicely to recover the skin barrier over night. Would recommend.

This moisturiser is brilliant for dry hands, very little scent & once rubbed in produces no greasy residue. I have used this product for years & highly recommend.

Worked like a dream on my dry chapped hands. Used once before bed and could see the difference the next morning!

Good hand cream.

I can’t recommend this product enough. Obviously, it’s not gona work for everyone, but for me it has done absolute wonders. I always get extremely dry hands in summer. I think maybe it’s the change in temperature that does it, I don’t know, but I’ve only had it for the last 2-3 years. They get so sore that when I bend my fingers, they crack and start to bleed, which in itself presents a problem finding a cream that you can apply on ‘cuts’. In between my fingers, my actual fingers and the backs of my hands get unbelievably dry and sore. I tried all last summer to try and find a cream that worked. I tried creams that pharmacist’s recommended, dermatologically tested, Sudocrem, which usually helps my eczema, but not this. Couldn’t find anything. Started up again this year and was using my Epiderm cream and it was doing nothing. Came across this, thought I’d give it a try. I’m not that keen on Neutrogena, having had reactions to it in the past, but, honestly, in two days, my hands are almost back to normal. I think I’ve used it three or four times. I can’t believe how much it’s helped. The cuts are healing, whereas before they kept reopening, they’re no longer dry or sore, the difference is amazing, I’m so happy and relieved. I have very sensitive skin as well, a lot of stuff brings me out in rashes, but this is brilliant stuff. I feel like you have to use more than they say, but there’s still A LOT of applications in there and, yes they do stay quite moist. Like if I put it on before bedtime, I wake up and they’re still moist, but I just wash them, it’s not a problem. I’d rather that than the painful hands I had before. Awesome product.
