Once you get them out of the wrapper they're okay, not excellent, but decent...
The issue I have with these is the end of the wrapper you are supposed to open them tends to either be stuck together or when you pull it apart you don't get to the plaster, just down a layer. I tend to keep ripping bits of the wrapper off until I either destroy the plaster or get it out. This can be annoying if you, or someone else, is bleeding. The first couple I tried were better, but they are less than six months old as I write, so I don't think age can be an excuse. The Plasters themselves are okay, in my non-expert opinion, they are a little less water-proof than I'd ideally like, but they stay on for a while even if you get them wet, so three stars just for that. About 1.5 for the wrapper.
