Great Cistomer Service from Ispring
The CTO filter was broken when I unwrapped it. I called Ispring and talked to Nick. He sent me a new one. I love my filter system, water tastes great.

Filters not worth the money don't last a month
The filters don't last 30 days..and it cost to much to not even last a month. It works fairly well but the filters just don't last long enough ( not one month at least for the price )
