The Green Witch’s Garden is arranged in nine concise chapters. She works the reader through why you should have a witch’s garden, how to connect with your space, as well as considering the ecology of your space. Murphy-Hiscock has the reader consider what uses their garden will have whether it be cooking or magical elements or a peaceful oasis. She explains the moon, astrological and elemental gardens, in addition to indoor gardens for those without outside space or plants that do not appreciate your local environment. She asks the reader to embrace the earth’s and their garden’s nature cycles and not work against them. She includes a basic encyclopedia of plants to consider for your garden. The last 3 chapters are devoted to different ways to incorporate your magickal practice into raising and caring for your garden, including how your garden can enhance your spiritual practice. My copy is highlighted extensively for easy reference. Beginning witches and gardeners will find a plethora of information in The Green Witch’s Garden and experienced people will appreciate a quick easy reference.

Simply written, but nice ideas

It was a pretty good read. Found a lot of helpful information on flowers, plants, veggies, etc. I liked how it had recipes and how to take care of your garden. How to basically connect with your garden. Really enjoyed it, but wished it had more information and it was too short.

This book is so cute! I love the soft spine, the pages are adorable. I absolutely love that some pages have images/pictures, it's wonderful to see! So excited to include this in the garden this year!

Very informative book. I enjoyed reading it a lot. Author gives ideas for indoor and outdoor gardening. Also there are descriptions of some most popular plants.
