Theses r great to drink daily the size is perfect texture is smooth the order u smell is a lot of vitamins n one bottle money value lil high very good taste when itโs refrigerated. Tastes good; has added sugar and no fiber
BOOST Women's Balanced Nutritional Drink, Rich Chocolate: The drink tastes good and is slightly thicker than milk. I purchased this with the plan of supplementing my current daily nutritional needs, which is said to be specifically aimed at the needs for women. Each 8 fl. oz. serving container 4 grams of sugar (approximately 1 teaspoon) and no fiber. I had no problems with digestibility. Nothing wrong with the product, but shop around and compare similar items to make sure what you are purchasing meets your goals and needs. I decided I did not want the extra sugar and would prefer a product with a little added fiber.

Decent chocolatey taste; prevent passing out; filling.
I pass out a lot. I always have to have food, water, caffeine, and lots of different medicines with me to increase my BP and vascular tone. I've found that Boost are good for keeping around bc the sugar gets into my blood stream quite quickly, and thanks to the fat and proteins, I don't tank 20 minutes later from the initial sugar. Plus I get liquid with the food, which I always need. I also like having them around to grab instead of water so that I keep my calorie intake up throughout the day. I feel nauseated constantly and eating usually makes the feeling worse, but I can tolerate Boost even in the morning. As a true chocolate aficionado, I can say that this is one of the best chocolate meal replacement drinks out there. Not chocolatey enough, but at least no metallic weirdness nor nasty aftertaste.

Love It!!!
I LOVE this chocolate Boost! It's chocked full of vitamins and is specifically for women. It helps with our skin, hair, and nails, plus it takes soooo good! I drink two a day, but only the chocolate.
