What type of material is this made of?

Seems it’s just a metal thermos wrapped black sheath. It doesn’t tip, about 4” wide on bottom. It keeps heat pretty good, but not hot like the old Stanley products.

Where do i get another lid.searched everywhere

Stanley will not sell us another lid. They couldn't care less about helping customers. They told me flat out and directly via email.

Is the sidewall inside straight or it follows the outside sidewall shape with corners?

Not straight, It follows the outside shape with corners.

Can ye remove the top seal with not removing the handal?

Yes. You can take the lid off separately. The handle is secured to the mug.
