I had a rivet pop out on my dog's buggy recently, and some of the rivets on the framing of my garage door had disappeared over some years (buggy being the urgent issue!). I doubt I will use this little gun that often, I have survived up to now without one, but it did a cracking job on the garage door as practice. Buggy took two goes to get right, but that was the awkward angle of attack rather than the gun's fault. It probably wouldn't be up to heavy duty, continuous use - it is pretty cheap after all, cheap enough to leave in the tool box for years - but for occasional emergency repairs, it is perfect and comes with an adequate supply of rivets in sundry sizes to get you started. I have only used the shanks of the drill bits for sizing, but they seem pretty sharp and are a nice bonus. No issues ejecting the spent pins either.

This is the first rivet gun that I have used and I must say I am impressed. I decided to get it because I have a few projects to do at the moment that I thought would better suit riveting rather than a nut and bolt. I have used the smaller two sizes and they have worked well in securing metal to plastic. I now need to use it on my garage door to attach an item to it and I'm confident that this will do the job nicely. I am not giving 5 stars because, as previously reviewed, the smallest drill bit broke the first time it was used, so I am not confident in the quality of the bits supplied but the tool itself appears sturdy and well made. For the DIYer it's ideal and will be able to tackle most of the infrequent jobs that I can throw at it.

I bought it as cheap temporary replacement for my powered one , and was genuinely surprised to its build quality. Good value for money

Worked well, solid enough, great for the price, robust enough to last, worked well for me repairing a heat shield. Recommended for most DIY applications

Decent easy to use riveter but gets jammed quite quickly. Robust enough that you can whack the rivets out and quite easy to take apart/reassemble when you’re trying to figure out where the jam is.

Easy to use, it doesn't require too much effort to use it. The material use in this item is solid. I wonder if the paint and the rubber handles will last. But for now, this is a good budget tool for me, especially when I don't have to use it often.

Product images included a Carrying Case, but the product came without one. I preferred this over other options because of the case, so I'm really disappointed.

I used a pop rivet gun every working day for 20 yrs and this one is as good as any I used back then. I was a little worried because I had recently purchased a new rivet gun from Home Depot (a rather expensive one) and it was a big piece of junk. It wouldn't release the stem after the rivet was installed. I saw the instructions for this one, and it says to hold the gun upside down to let the stem fall out the back side (which told me that this company knows that problems like this exist and they have already addressed the issue). So, I took a chance and bought it. The gun works great. I didn't have to do none of that "flipping over" stuff. The stems fall right out the front like you would expect. This gun (quality and durability) matches the gun I used professionally for twenty years. (Looks just like it too!)

Pop rivet gun arrived very fast and in good condition has many pop rivets and drills and is of sturdy Construction! Highly recommended if you want to buy
