Is this compatible with dji fpv air unit module?

Yes, BUT, every time you switch modes, i.e. from drone to air unit and back, you have to rebind. This is super annoying. I called DJI and they confirmed this. Hopefully they will fix this in a future firmware release.

With such a bulky heavy form factor why not sell a set of goggles that also work with anolag?

The goggles have analog input, and you can buy a module bay for the front or side to hold an analog video receiver. There's even a power port so the goggles can pass through battery power to the receiver. You have to buy extra equipment, but you can totally use these for analog FPV.

after getting theae together they are really heavy 750g there a way to makes these goggles lighter?

You can get the battery weight off your head. Extended the battery wire to clip on your belt or store in your pocket.

These connect to the air unit. The latest firmware in the patch notes also shows that you have the option to connect to either or. After I flashed the new firmware....I was able to switch between both modes.

Don’t waste £500

Bought this for my sons birthday and it doesn’t even come with the cable to connect to your iPhone . My son now had nothing to play with on his birthday weekend. I refused to buy a cable that should be provided with the goggles

Make sure it's compatible with your drone

I purchased the Mavic 3 but I suppose I should have checked first. I thought the Mavic 3, being an expensive drone would have no compatibility issues but sadly I was wrong. Hopefully there may be some future updates.
