Everything arrived in good shape. It is not made in the USA so quality could be hit and miss. Mine put together easily and I got it planted from start to finish in less than 1/2 an hour. The colored leaves start at the bottom with a kind of dark green and then yellowish and then an orange/red at the top. I like how the different layers spin in different directions and it hardly takes any breeze at all the have the whole thing spinning. I would suggest using a rubber mallet to pound the bottom into the ground. DON'T use a metal hammer or anything hard to pound the bottom into the ground. The pipes are on the thin/smallish side and could get their threaded ends damaged making the whole thing useless. If all you have is a hammer, then put a piece of wood over the top of the tube as you pound it into the ground. The ONLY thing that I would change about this spinner is that I wish it was about 50% bigger. The dimensions advertised are correct but, once it is in the ground, it is a little over 4 and 1/2 feet tall. For me, I'd like it 6 feet or more. I love the look of it. But as many others have said, the middle spinner doesn't spin. It is welded sloppily and sits crooked.We tried spraying with WD 40 in the hopes that this would help. It did not.When I reached out to the company they say I must return entire product and "apply in the back of my store" (whatever or wherever that is???) for a new one. When they recieve the malfunctioning one back, they will at that point send a new one. So the whole process may take 2-3 weeks. I find that unacceptable customer service for a problem that they created by not ensuring it worked properly before they sent it to me to begin with. I won't be buying from this company again.Edit: The seller reached out and offered to send a new one right away. I am very satisfied with their timely response and solution to the problem. I was hesitant to order it because of the price and I was unsure of the quality, but it was well worth the price. It is heavy and well-built, so it requires more than a slight breeze to get it going. The assembly was simple, and directions were clear.
