What's the difference between the 85mm and the 90mm .

I have tried the 90mm and if you aren't willing to upgrade your injectors and o2 sensors don't get it. It will make your truck run lean and throw codes. I have changed over to the 85mm. The difference is that the 90mm allows alot more air flow. I have all the upgrades on my Hemi as well as chipped and bbk headers air intake and I have a better result with the 85mm.

I have a 2007 dodge Daytona with cold air induction any complications?

First off, the throttle body of this size is not plug n Play. You will need to run a learning program in order for it to calibrate properly. It also does not fit correctly. It is substantially larger than stock and I had issues with air leaking. I had to use gasket maker, which did not help that much. In the end, I ended up returning it because it would not calibrate. Good luck. I have a 2010 Challenger SRT8 btw.

Does this come with a diablo software upgrade for 6.1 hemi ?

Throttle body only no software.

How will this work with a 08 jeep srt 6.1?

not sure i installed it on a 08 charger with a 5.7 hemi i also had added other upgrades and a custom tune it should work but you may have to tune your 6.1 to get it right

Worked like a charm

Easy install, had zero issue with the install. No throttle issues or codes, and nice performance. Don't forget to go through the throttle relearn process... My bet is many of the bad reviews stemmed from not performing.

Junk, defective out of box

Install was easy. But after unsettling the throttle body, had 6 engine codes that came up all due to the throttle body, did the relearn procedure 5 times and it did not work, had no throttle response at all. And my car would hard start and idle around 2k. Should have read more reviews on this.
