Nice otherwise. *by T***M on Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2016* Purchased: Aug 7Delivered: Aug 10I was on vacation until 8/29 and didn't really use the bag until then.The bag arrived in good shape and was as described. It was lighter in weight than expected. Workmanship is reasonable.One of the two clasps broke recently. I noticed the problem on 9/17. So, the bag was used for approximately 3 weeks before the clasp broke. I tried to find warranty information. Amazon said to contact the seller or the manufacturer. I didn't have luck finding either. Kool Bags is out of India. I wasn't able to find much on Phoenix Bags.The attached photo shows the two magnetic clasps. The one on the left is broken. The shiny brass covering is gone. The silver washer is the magnet that holds the bag shut.The magnetic clasps are strong, which is good.
