yes. i would be careful to use the diferent kinds of glue dots. some are posters or temporay and permanent. try the poster on first and see if this works

Can you use them on Tulle material to stick to the wall?

It depends on the wall and weight of the Tulle material. Our permanent dots dispenser may be too aggressive depending on your wall type and the poster and/or removable can be removed w/o any damage.

I loved the removable and the permanent. Would not purchase the poster board dots again. They didn't hold for the projects I had used them for.
