It is also practical for smaller sizes. Actual inner dimensions are 6" x 9.5". Actual outer dimensions are 6.5" x 10". These packing list shipping pouches are adhesive backed for sticking to your shipping boxes but also work well on other surfaces. Simply peel the protective backing from the larger part of the packing slip and stick to your surface.
